Online Internet Banking - Assistance Request

Please note that any message sent using this feature is transmitted via normal e-mail, and is not encrypted. Please do not include any confidential information such as account numbers or details, social security numbers, or any other information that you want kept confidential.

Type of assistance needed:

* Access ID /Password assistance:

Your User Code was chosen by you at the time that you enrolled in Online Banking. It is between 8-17 characters, and is case sensitive. Passwords must be between 8-17 characters, and are also case sensitive.

If you need assistance with either your User Code or Password, please contact your local Bank Forward branch, or call toll free at (877) 689-1783. We will ask you the “Secret Question” that you selected when you enrolled, and upon providing us with the correct answer, we will reset your User Code/Password. To protect the confidential nature of your information, Bank Forward will not send sensitive User Code or Password Information through e-mail.

For assistance with your Bill Pay account, please call (866)813-1961 Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. CT.
