Your User Code was chosen by you at the time that you enrolled in Online Banking. It is between 8-17 characters, and is case sensitive. Passwords must be between 8-17 characters, and are also case sensitive.
If you need assistance with either your User Code or Password, please contact your local Bank Forward branch, or call toll free at (877) 689-1783. We will ask you the “Secret Question” that you selected when you enrolled, and upon providing us with the correct answer, we will reset your User Code/Password. To protect the confidential nature of your information, Bank Forward will not send sensitive User Code or Password Information through e-mail.
